not mature and with apparent errors

I completed the online forms and was told I had the Obamacare related $325 penalty to pay. But, I and my spouse are on Medicare with supplemental insurance, already for eight years. I tried to review the forms themselves and print them out and the whole thing just quit. Cannot retrieve the inputs, also when trying the icloud. Plus, you cannot find out the efile cost beforehand. Useless!
